Collagen Casings
Multi Purpose Casings for all types of processed sausages.
These casings display complex physical and mechanical properties which properly ensure the process of automatic clipping and traditional tying.

Polyamide casings provide extended product shelf life for sausage/meat products, as well as an excellent appearance.
Auscas Trading can supply casings for the following applications:

Printing is available in one colour, multi-colour, full colour UV printing, single side or double sided.
Natural Casings
· Natural Casings are made from the sub mucosa, a largely collagen layer of the intestine. The fat and the inner mucosa lining are removed.
​
· Hog and Sheep Casings are sold in "bundles" or "hanks." This unit of measure equals approximately 91 meters (100 yards).
​
· Natural Casings are also sold in bundles called "shorts." Shorts are 1 to 2 meter usually.
